11.45am  -  Keyna Paul, director of Lincolnshire Dance will give a short talk on
Middle Eastern Dance in your Community
Followed by a chaired discussion
(discussion  continues during lunch - get your food after Keyna speaks and keep talking).

12.00pm   -   Middle Eastern themed buffet lunch opens
(With allowances for them as thinks Welsh Rarebit is "foreign food" as well as for veggies)

12.30pm  -  A.G.M.
(Shopping and nattering etc for those who aren’t members)

2.00pm - Workshop with
Caroline Afifi
'The flavours of Baladi/Shaabi'

3.30pm - Tea/Coffee (and shopping) break
